With proper care and regular cleaning, one mouthpiece can last 6-8 months. We recommend rinsing it daily and storing it in the provided case to maintain hygiene and performance.
Can I use this if I have dentures?
This mouthpiece is designed to fit securely over natural teeth and requires a stable bite for proper positioning. It is not recommended for use with full dentures. If you have partial dentures or dental work, we recommend checking with your dentist before use to ensure it is suitable for you.
Can I breathe normally while wearing it?
Yes. The mouthpiece is designed to keep your airway open while still allowing natural breathing throughout the night. It does not block airflow and does not require mouth breathing to be effective.
